Relaxation with a stretch

Are you looking to relax and do some exercise while you are traveling? If you are you looking for some “me” time, the Brighton Yoga & Mindfulness Experience will help you to wind down and focus on what is important: You! During our sessions we will teach you the art of yoga and mindfulness to increase your confidence in your practice while helping you to perfect your yoga poses, breathing techniques, flow and state of mind.

What’s included

Join us and be humbled and inspired by Brighton’s beautiful coastal location and its proximity to the rolling hills of the South Downs National Park, as we practice yoga, meditation and share some good energy. The Brighton Yoga & Mindfulness Experience lets you take in this gorgeous city the peaceful way.

Using tranquil locations with great views of our wonderful city, our experienced instructors will lead you through a 90-minute practice of yoga and mindfulness where you let go of everything that no longer serves you and take in what makes you go forward. We will teach you how to increase your inner and outer strength and confidence by perfecting your yoga poses, breathing techniques, flow and state of mind. This experience is for anyone who wants to feel good and look after themselves. We look forward to welcoming you to start or continue your personal journey!

  • No previous experience needed
  • This experience is outdoors (indoor session possible upon request and at an extra charge)
  • Your guide is an experienced and qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher
  • The experience lasts 1.5 hours
  • Bring a yoga mat for your practice. If you don’t have one you can rent from us.

Terms & Conditions specific to this tour

Although this tour is aimed for everyone and we do gentle exercises and stretches, it is your full responsibility to make sure that you are physically fit to exercise for 1 to 1.5 hours and inform Tours of Brighton about any pre-existing medical conditions that may have an impact.

If you fail to provide Tours of Brighton with the correct information and you are not able to attend this tour as a result, you will not receive any refund.
